The positive attitude of Milident’s personnel, their diligent work and their willingness and ability to tackle new challenges make the laboratory a reliable and efficient supplier. The Milident team constantly strives to overcome problems and makes all necessary efforts to help find solutions to the most complex situations.

The members of the Milident team consists mainly of experienced technicians and ceramists. In order to satisfy a growing number of clients, they pool their artistic talent, dedication, and attention to detail.

Pierre Rozon, President

Pierre began his dental technician career with the Canadian Armed Forces. Motivated by challenges, he has never hesitated to push his limits. In 1995, he created Milident, a company that quickly became the fruit of his labor.

His charisma and joviality makes him a welcoming and enthusiastic person who easily establishes relationships with members of his team and his clients. His attention to detail and work well-done offers total customer satisfaction.

Pierre is a certified Dental Technician in both provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

He offers technical support to his clientele, mainly in implantology. He personally takes charge of the most complex cases and is responsible for the exploitation of new technology and innovation.
 

Nancy Lehoux, Manager

Nancy joined the family business in 1997.

Gifted with an excellent sense of organization and sure management talent; no detail escapes her. She has a strong work ethic which makes her the perfect collaborator.

She is calm and composed; she exceeds at listening and analyzing the needs of our clientele.

Nancy works as administrative management. She also gathers client comments and produces satisfaction reports. Thanks to her information newsletter on our novelties, she maintains constant communication with our clients.
   

Eric Lebel, General Manager

Eric possesses immense knowledge in this domain and his great analyzing capability offers solutions to the most complex situations.

Always up to the minute, Éric does not spare his energy and anticipates client needs with benevolence and assurance.

Responsible for production management, he meticulously controls quality and answers all technical questions.
 

Yves Paquin, Technical Support

Certified Dental Technician with ``L’ordre des technicians dentaires du Québec``, Yves is a walking encyclopaedia. His knowledge in the domain and many others as well, equals his extreme concern for customer satisfaction. Yves is the key informant for technical support in relation with removable dentures.
 


 

Alejandro Morilla, Production Manager and Technical Support

Always thirsty for knowledge, Alejandro possesses an enthusiastic personality and a strong sense of responsibility. Alejandro assumes production management and technical support in the removal dentures department.

Hélène Grenier-Audet, Dental Technician

Hélène, a certified dental technician, has been in business for over 25 years. She has completed a multitude of courses in specialized establishments such as: Oral Art Design at Pankey Institute in California and Full Mouth Rehabilitation (and advanced notions on how to achieve proper occlusion), at the University of San Francisco.

Hélène has worked with several types of porcelain systems, including Empress, for over 20 years. She is also licensed and experienced with the Cerec milling system. In 2010, she will obtain her "Master Aesthetic LVI Technician" certification.
